How we choose a webinar topic

A webinar starts as a question somebody asked. Here is where the questions come from, and the one rule that decides which become a session.

The sources

Where the questions come from

From you
  • The booth at a symposium
  • The question box after a webinar
  • Replies to the newsletter
From us
  • What the faculty sees in the clinic
  • What the lab sends back
  • What the support line hears

The rule

A topic becomes a webinar when we can name the decision it helps with. "Adhesives" is not a decision; "which adhesive for a repair on zirconia" is. The topics that did not make it this year all failed that test, and most of them became a three-minute video instead.

If you have a question that is a decision, the box at the end of every webinar is read by a person.
